"This sonic does not have soggy fries and they are not hard! They are crunchy like they are supposed to be. I've been there twice for a #1 and it was good. Buns are not smashed. I've gotten a premium breakfast burrito once and it was very good. Get what you order and its convenient right off the Seneca round about."

"Love Sonic but drive-through service is often very slow due to patrons ordering very large orders of food and blocking drive through lane while waiting for their food. Large order patrons should be directed to a designated waiting area other than the drive-tgrough line/lane."

"Seneca is a small town and this location services the neighboring Wyandotte area as well. The service is typically hit or miss where sometimes you receive prompt and accurate service whilst other times you are left waiting for many minutes. I typically utilize the mobile app ordering to avoid long wait times and I try to always tip well to ensure excellent service but again, it’s a hit or miss situation. Option here are limited and the vast sonic menu creates a devilish temptation for a quick meal so in the end it’s typically worth the coin toss."
